Welcome to anyone moving into one of the properties that we manage. 

We would ask that you take a look at this website as it has lots of useful information which we do update from time to time and improve from time to time.

We do find when people first move into a property that they may not be certain of their responsibilities and our responsibilities.  We suggest that you take a look around the website clicking on the various heading categories to find out information.

Bills you will need to pay

A reminder of the bills you will need to pay; this is not an exhaustive list just a guide to help you:-

Keeping the property to a good standard

1. You will need to keep the house to a good standard internally and externally - such as cleaning the house, leaving out rubbish on a regular basis not allowing it to accumulate, cleaning windows inside and outside etc.
2. You will need to keep the garden to a good standard - regularly cutting the grass and hedges etc
3. You are reminded to be neighbourly

Property queries 

In the first few weeks and possibly the first few months we are more than happy to answer any queries you have please contact us on the telephone number at the top of this page.  We ask you to report absolutely anything to us regarding the property; we usually find that matters are usually best dealt with when they present themselves.  With a property that you have newly moved into we may well be able to help you with matters that are not strictly speaking within the remit of a Property Management company.
